Trail Tuesdays at Pokagon State Park

Each Tuesday through the end of February, the Pokagon State Park naturalist will take visitors on a guided hike through the park.

Meet the naturalist at 10 a.m. in the Potawatomi Inn main lobby to begin the two-mile moderately rugged hike.

The February schedule includes Hoosier Quest Hike to the Spring Shelter Feb. 1; Woodpecker Wander Feb. 8; Hike Through the Pines Feb. 15 and Wetlands & Woods Walk Feb. 22.

Naturalist Nikki Ball said, “Trails Tuesday is a new winter hiking series that runs December through February. Each week hikers can explore a trail with a park naturalist and learn about topics such as pine trees and the park’s history. It’s a great way to explore Pokagon and get outdoors this winter season.”
