The annual Jack Gibson Memorial Scholarship Polar Bear Plunge is set for Saturday, Dec. 31 at the public beach on Hamilton Lake. Sponsored by the Hamilton Lions Club, the icy dip begins at 2 p.m.
There’s no cost to participate but donations benefit the scholarship fund for local students.
