Open play, leagues and tournaments are available at Archery Tag, The game of extreme (combat) archery is a mix of dodgeball, paintball, and archery with players hitting each other with non-lethal arrows to score points or eliminate opposing team members.
This free, family-friendly splash pad is located at the Fremont Town Park, 305 W. Albion St. It’s open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Disc golf lovers have a new course to play in Angola. The hilly par 68 course at Commons Park features 18 holes ranging from 210 feet to 578 feet. Bring your own discs or borrow some during business hours from the Angola Parks and Recreation Department.
Pokagon is also home to the state’s only refrigerated toboggan. Open weekends the day after Thanksgiving through the last weekend in February, the toboggan is a great family activity.
