THE T. FURTH CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS GIVES ARTISTS A PLACE TO THRIVE
The Ryan Concert Hall at the T. Furth Center for Performing Arts is the site for many upcoming concerts, plays and performances. Built on the edge of the Trine University campus in Angola, the T. Furth Center for Performing Arts originally was a church that underwent a $7.8 million renovation to transform into the beautiful facility we have today.
Upcoming performances and concerts through December, 2023 include An Evening with Micky Dolenz of The Monkees; contemporary Christian artist Steven Curtis Chapman and the Fleetwood Mac tribute band Tusk.
Support the university students as Trine Theater presents the dark comedy “Arsenic and Old Lace” for three performances Nov. 9, 11 and 12. The play is open to the public and general admission is $10.
A beloved holiday tradition returns on Sunday, Dec. 10 as the Steuben County Festival Choir returns for its 12th year and will perform another beautiful rendition of Handel’s Messiah. Reserved tickets are available for $10.
The community is invited to attend three Trine University Music Department concerts. Admission is free for the following concerts: University Choir & Orchestra Sunday, Oct. 29; Jazz Ensemble Sunday, Nov. 5 and the Christmas Concert Sunday, Dec. 3. Concerts begin at 3 p.m.
