Annual Seaplane Fly-In

The popular sea plane splash-in at Pokagon State Park returns Sunday, Sept. 27. The 24th annual Indiana Seaplane Pilots Association’s Sea Plane Splash-In offers a great opportunity to see these planes take off and land on Lake James, as well as taxi onto the Potawatomi Inn front lawn between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. In honor of National Public Lands Day, admission to all Indiana State Park properties is free that day!

If coming by boat, please be mindful of the designated seaplane takeoff/landing areas, marked by orange buoys and minimize wakes near the Potawatomi Inn to maintain safe seaplane operations.
