Well appointed Chef’s kitchen stocked with all of your culinary needs. We offer private cooking classes and during the summer historical boat tours on Lake James. While this could just be a cozy place to crash for a night, it can also be a private cooking class followed by a relaxing sunset cruise on Lake James.

The Copper Roof Lake Cottage is located on Crooked Lake with 75″ lake front, sandy beach area and a 30-foot dock. There is plenty of space for the kids to play. Free use of rowboat, paddle boat and canoe.

We offer two quaint cottages, the Blue Cottage and the Green Cottage, on the east lakefront of Lake James lower basin in northeastern Indiana. The cottages are open for monthly or weekly rental from May through September. Weekend and partial-week rentals are available from October through April. Each cottage sleeps 8-10 adults, so bring the family and stay for the weekend, week or entire month.

Rent this cottage on Lake George in Fremont, Indiana. The lake-front cottage sleeps 10, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy beautiful Lake George with 90 feet of frontage right on the water.
Lake James Paradise Point
A stunning centrally located rental on Lake James with five bedrooms that sleeps 10 comfortably but 12 if you don’t mind being cozy on an air mattress. Our property is located within walking distance of bars, restaurants, water sport rentals and the famous Tom’s Donuts! During the fall/winter/spring (November – April) we operate on 2-day minimums with $1 cleaning fees for stays of 1-2 nights. We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy everything Lake James has to offer.
